- 1 Piece of rib in pieces (1 kg and a half)1 kg
- Smoked pepperoni1 unit(s)
- Medium onions3 unit(s)
- Coarse salt to taste
- Cut the onions into thin slices and not too thick slices.
- Inside the pressure cooker, make the onion layer, another layer of rib bone-side down, a layer of thin slices of pepperoni and sprinkle the thick sla (don't overdo it if you're using the pepperoni). Repeat layers ending with pepperoni or onion
- Cover the pressure cooker and place over high heat until it starts to sizzle. When the pot gets pressure, lower the heat and count 40 min.
- Turn off the heat and let the pressure come out on its own, open the pan and serve.
