  • 1 Piece of rib in pieces (1 kg and a half)1 kg
  • Smoked pepperoni1 unit(s)
  • Medium onions3 unit(s)
  • Coarse salt to taste
  1. Cut the onions into thin slices and not too thick slices.
  2. Inside the pressure cooker, make the onion layer, another layer of rib bone-side down, a layer of thin slices of pepperoni and sprinkle the thick sla (don't overdo it if you're using the pepperoni). Repeat layers ending with pepperoni or onion
  3. Cover the pressure cooker and place over high heat until it starts to sizzle. When the pot gets pressure, lower the heat and count 40 min.
  4. Turn off the heat and let the pressure come out on its own, open the pan and serve.
