- Beef Rib1.5 kg
- Potatoes600 g
- Sliced onions03 unit(s)
- Tomatoes02 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce100 ml
- Smoked paprika01 tablespoon
- Chimichurri01 tablespoon
- Salt, pepper and leek to taste
- Cut the onions into slices and make a bed in the pressure cooker.
- Place the rib pieces already seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Place the remaining seasonings and tomato sauce on top of the ribs.
- Leave on pressure for 40 minutes on medium heat.
- When the pressure is removed, turn on the fire without closing the pan and place the potatoes until cooked, which is around 8 to 10 minutes.
- Finish with garlic and bon appetit!
