- Season the rib to taste and add to a pressure cooker.
- Cut the onion and pepperoni into slices.
- And add everything to the pan and let it cook for 40 minutes.
- Turn off the pan and let all the pressure out by itself, then add the rib, pepperoni and onion in a shape and leave for 20 minutes in the oven.
