- Onion slices3 unit(s)
- Beef broth2 unit(s)
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Sear all the pieces of meat in a high skillet
- In the pressure cooker, make a bed with onion rings
- Place the rib pieces on top of the onion rings.
- Top with more onion rings
- Adjust salt and pepper
- Dissolve the beef stock in a cup of hot water and add it to the pan.
- Cover and cook for 40 minutes on low heat.
- Uncover and serve with your favorite accompaniment.
