  • Gaúcha ribs1 kg
  • Okra400 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
  • Chimichurri, Spicy Paprika, Salt and Olive Oil to taste
  • Vinegar3 tablespoon
  • Hot Water300 ml
  1. In a bowl, place the pieces of the Gaúcha rib and season with vinegar, paprika and salt. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
  2. In the pressure cooker put the diced onion, the crushed garlic and let it brown. Then put the rib to gold too.
  3. When the meat is well browned, add the Chimichurri and mix a little more. Add hot water. And close the lid and let it get pressure for 35 minutes. If the meat is not soft, you can leave it a little longer.
  4. Check if you need more salt and add the okra, close the lid of the pan and let it cook for 15 minutes. I turned off the fire and it can serve.
