  • Recipe
  • Pork Ribs (choose pieces that don't have a lot of fat)1 kg
  • Ketchup2 tablespoon
  • Shoyo2 tablespoon
  • Brown sugar1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice1/4 cup
  1. Marinate the rib with the following mixture, ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, salt and lemon. Leave in the fridge for approximately 6 hours (the longer it stays in the fridge the better).
  2. When baking, cover the shape with aluminum foil and place the rib and take it to the oven at 180° degrees.
  3. Roast the ribs for 2 hours, turning them halfway through and brushing them a little more with the sauce so it doesn't get dry.
  4. After this 2 h time, remove the aluminum foil, brush your hands with a little sauce, increase the oven a little more and let it get very golden on both sides (about 30 minutes on each side).
  5. Note: To accompany this recipe there is the guava sauce, it is worth including the sauce, the recipe is available, just search for guava sauce.
