  • Pepperoni sausage1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Parsley1 dessert spoon
  • Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  1. Grind the garlic and onion, put it to brown
  2. Add the rib and sausage brown for 10 min, paste the seasonings salt, pepper and parsley
  3. Cover with water and let it pressurize for 30 to 35 minutes, then serve with a side dish.
