- Olive Oil, Salt, Black Pepper and Chimichurri to taste
- Place the cut ribs in a bowl and season with crushed garlic, salt, Chimichurri and black pepper. Reserve. Cut the onions and tomatoes into large cubes.
- In the pressure cooker put a drizzle of olive oil and a little onion, make a bed, to put a little of the rib, then put a little of the tomatoes and a little of the green smell. Do these layers until finished.
- Close the pan and cook over medium heat for 45 minutes under pressure, or until the liquid reduces.
