  • Ribs1 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Garlic cloves4 unit(s)
  • Rosemary to taste
  • Green smell to taste
  • Water1/2 cup
  1. Clean the cutlet piece and place it on a platter. Season with lemon, salt, pepper, chopped parsley, rosemary and crushed garlic. Spread well on the rib and let the seasoning take hold for about 3 hours. If you can leave it longer, the better.
  2. Transfer to a mold, crush 2 unpeeled garlic cloves and place around the ribs. Put rosemary sprigs and water with olive oil.
  3. Add the water and cover with aluminum foil and bake at 200° for 1h30m. Remove the paper and bake for another 30 minutes.
  4. Tip: serve with Barbecue sauce! There's a recipe here on my profile.
