  • Mayonnaise3 dessert spoon
  • Vinegar3 dessert spoon
  • Sazón Meat Powder Flavor1 unit(s)
  • Salt3 tablespoon
  1. Preparation (seasoning) In a small bowl, add the garlic clove, Sazón and salt. Mix well. Add vinegar and mayonnaise. Mix it all up. Ready.
  2. Take the rib, add the seasoning. Pass it all over, let it rest for 30 minutes. Add the rib to the grill and let it roast. Always looking sideways and turning. After both sides are golden brown. Will be ready.
