  • Pork ribs1 kg
  • Garlic Clove20 unit(s)
  • Potato500 g
  • Cognac50 ml
  • Salt, Black Pepper, Chimichurri and Green Smell to taste
  • Barbecue sauce300 ml
  1. First season the ribs with 3 cloves of garlic, salt, black pepper, Chimichurri and brandy and let it rest for 1 hour.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into four parts and put them in a pan with water and salt to cook. Leave it al dente.
  3. Place to bake the cutlet with aluminum foil for 30 minutes. Then put the potatoes and the rest of the garlic and pass a thread of olive oil and take it to bake until golden.
  4. After roasting, rub the barbecue all over the ribs, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
