  • Ribs with bone1 kg
  • Beef clade tablet2 unit(s)
  • Large onions, cut into thick rings6 unit(s)
  • Large Boiled Potatoes4 unit(s)
  • Parsley and coriander2 tablespoon
  • Water1 cup
  • Minced Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  1. In a pressure cooker, add all the onions cut into slices at the bottom and then put the rib on top and the beef broth and a cup of water and let it cook for 40 minutes.
  2. Cook the potatoes with salt and let them cook for 10 minutes, after cooked add the olive oil and garlic, cilantro and parsley.
  3. After the meat is cooked, place it on a platter and add the cooked potatoes and serve.
