- Beef rib300 g
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Onions2 unit(s)
- Pepper1 unit(s)
- Coarse salt to taste
- Slice onion and bell pepper
- Wash ribs and then salt to taste
- Cover the bottom of the pressure cooker with the chopped onions.
- Put ribs on top of the chopped onions
- Cook on low heat for 30 min.
- Open the pressure cooker add the peppers then take it to the high fire for another 10 min.
