  • Onion2 unit(s)
  • Green Smell60 g
  • Black Pepper1 tablespoon
  • Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
  • Tomato Sauce1 unit(s)
  • Salt and oil to taste
  1. First cut the onion and tomato into large cubes. Place the rib pieces in a bowl and season the meat with black pepper and crushed garlic cloves and salt. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. In the pressure cooker put a thread of olive oil and make a layer of onion, one of meat and another of tomato. Do this until the end.
  3. Lastly put the tomato sauce and the green smell. Close the pan and let it take pressure for 35 minutes or until the meat is soft.
