- Green Smell60 g
- Black Pepper1 tablespoon
- Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
- Tomato Sauce1 unit(s)
- Salt and oil to taste
- First cut the onion and tomato into large cubes. Place the rib pieces in a bowl and season the meat with black pepper and crushed garlic cloves and salt. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- In the pressure cooker put a thread of olive oil and make a layer of onion, one of meat and another of tomato. Do this until the end.
- Lastly put the tomato sauce and the green smell. Close the pan and let it take pressure for 35 minutes or until the meat is soft.
