  • Potatoes3 unit(s)
  • Carrot1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Chopped bell pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Pepper to taste
  • Coriander to taste
  • Chopped Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Paprika1 tablespoon
  • Cumin1 dessert spoon
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Tomato extract2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Dry seasonings (edu guedes, chimichurri, curry) to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Clean the meat well by removing excess fat.
  2. Season with dry spices, garlic, salt, cumin, paprika, black pepper.
  3. Take the meat to braise with a thread of olive oil in a pressure cooker.
  4. Add the onion, tomato, bell pepper, chili pepper, coriander and tomato paste.
  5. Cover the pan without pressure to create a broth.
  6. Add 1 to 1/2 cup of water.
  7. Place to cook under pressure for about 15 minutes. If you need more time, you will control it little by little so that the meat is cooked but not falling apart.
  8. When the pressure comes out, open the pan and check if the meat is almost cooked. Time will always depend on the flame of your fire and your pan.
  9. If it is almost cooked, add the whole potatoes and the sliced carrot and let it finish cooking on the stove without pressure.
  10. In this way, the broth thickens, the meat finishes cooking with the vegetables.
