- Salt0 to taste
- Smoked paprika1 coffee spoon
- Black pepper1/2 coffee spoon
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped Tomato1 unit(s)
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Season the ribs with salt, garlic, paprika and pepper, mix well and set aside.
- Heat a pan with oil and start frying the meat, stirring until all liquid is dry.
- At that moment, dripping hot water and letting it cook, repeating this process until the meat is loosening from the bone and is very soft.
- Mount the dish and serve in sequence.
