- In a container Season the rib cut and put garlic, salt and mixed seasoning the oregano and a little green smell... reserve for 10 min
- Put the oil in a pressure cooker and let it heat up. Add the garlic, onion and chopped tomato and let it fry until golden.
- Then put the rib in the pressure cooker and a rib tablets and sachet of seasoning and stir until refolate.
- Cover the pan, as soon as you get pressure, lower the fire and let it cook for 30 min.
- While cooking, cut the potatoes and leave in the container with water and salt.
- When the meat is cooked, open the pan and put the potatoes without the water and leave for another 10 minutes.
