  • Dye to taste
  • Tomato Extract to taste
  • Oil to taste
  • Vinegar to taste
  1. In a pressure cooker put the oil, salt, vinegar and the rib
  2. Then add the garlic and onion and let it cool.
  3. After refogado, add tomato, pepper, extract and coloring, add 400 ml of water and close the pan.
  4. Count 15 minutes after you get pressure and hang up
  5. When the pressure comes out, open the pan and place the aimpim, take it back to the fire and wait for the aimpim to cook.
