  • Garlic and chopped onion1 to taste
  • Chopped Cassava300 g
  • Water1 l
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  1. I put the garlic and onion to fry in the pan with a drop of oil.
  2. I let it fry a little and then put the chopped rib. And let it fry. Put the seasonings, such as black pepper, oregano and salt, meat broth.
  3. Mix well and add water. As soon as the pressure cooker starts to sizzle count 30 minutes.
  4. Then I opened the pan and put the chopped cassava. I took it under pressure for another 10 minutes and then I turned off the fire and serve.
