  • Beef rib seasoned to taste1 kg
  • Sliced Calabrian Sausage2 unit(s)
  • Diced large onion2 unit(s)
  • Squeezed garlic cloves4 unit(s)
  • Bahian seasoning1 teaspoon
  • Chili Pepper1 coffee spoon
  • Bay Leaf1 unit(s)
  • Salt1 dessert spoon
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Place some onion rings in the bottom of the pressure cooker and add a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Place the seasoned rib with the bone side down, then the onion, the pepperoni sausage and the rib (always with the bone side down)
  3. Repeat this process until finished, cover the pan and lead to high fire.
  4. When you start to get pressure, put the fire down and let it cook for about 40 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!!
