  • Chinichurri1 teaspoon
  • Chili Pepper1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon Vinegar2 tablespoon
  • Salt8 g
  • Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Oil1 tablespoon
  • Hot water150 ml
  1. Season the rib with - salt, pepper, chimichurri and vinegar.
  2. Heat the pressure cooker add the oil the onion the tomato the seasoned meat - put the water and close the pan.
  3. Let it cook over low heat for 25 to 30 minutes.
  4. Open the pan, the meat should already be soft but with a lot of broth and without browning - so turn the fire very low again and with the pan open let the broth reduce and the meat brown.
  5. Serve next accompanied by a soft polenta.
