- Black pepper, cumin and calamari to taste
- Crushed garlic cloves3 unit(s)

- Season the rib with a little salt and pepper, cumin, paprika and crushed garlic and set aside.
- Cut the onions, peppers and tomatoes into slices, take half of the onions and tomato and make a layer at the bottom of the pressure cooker.
- Place the rib on top of the onion, tomato and pepper layer and add the bacon and potato, sprinkle the cilantro over the meat.
- Cover the rib and bacon and potato with the other half of the onions, tomato and peppers and add half a cup of water and salt to taste.
- Cover the pan and cook over medium heat for 45 minutes.
- Open the pan and see if it's to your liking and serve.
