- Onion, tomato, cilantro, chopped garlic and chili to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- In the pressure cooker, put the already cut free-range chicken, put salt, lemon juice, cumin, paprika and black pepper, and all the chopped vegetables.
- Add the two tablespoons of olive oil, a cup of water, cover the pressure cooker and let it cook for 30 minutes.
- Turn off the fire, transfer to a refractory and serve as you prefer.
