  1. I started by cutting the chicken and washed it then cut the seasonings
  2. Season the tomato sauce and paprika with salt, pepper and let it rest for 3 minutes.
  3. I put the rest of the seasoning and after about 3 minutes of rest I put the pepper onion,
  4. In a pressure cooker I put it on the fire with oil let it heat up after hot I put a little onion to sauté and the garlic
  5. Sauteed onion and garlic add the chicken and stir to brown just there in the sauteed onion and garlic
  6. Add 200 ml of water and let it boil for 5 minutes.
  7. after boiling for 5 minutes with only the seasoning broth add as much water as you can to cook and put it under pressure
  8. This chicken of mine was about 15 minutes in the cooking, I took it out and let it boil only without the pressure to determine the broth.
  9. Leave it for 5 minutes without the pressure to determine the broth and it's ready only if you serve
