Em uma panela adicione o alho a cebola picada mexa coloque a galinha caipira mexa adicione o sal o corante e a água mexa tudo fechado a panela e deixe por 25 minutos

Quando passa os 20 minutos desligue o fogo olhe se cozinhou bem adicione se não deixe por mais 5 minutos retire do fogo e adicione o coentro e a cebolinha picado por cima
