  • Pork Chops400 g
  • Corn Quirerinha1 cup
  • Chopped Onion1/2 cup
  • Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
  • Chopped green onion1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Hot water2 cup
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the ribs well, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the onion and sauté well. Add the garlic and sauté.
  3. Add the quirerinha, salt and 1 cup of water.
  4. Keep cooking stirring constantly and add the rest of the water little by little until it is cooked.
  5. Adjust the salt and finish with the green onion.
