- In a blender or food processor, blend the onion, garlic and mint.
- Mix this paste with all the other ingredients.
- Pour into a greased and floured refractory with golden linseed, make the "cuts / designs".
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
- TIP: Let the QUINOA soak for at least 30 minutes before preparing. Then, sauté garlic in olive oil, add the QUINOA, sauté it and add hot water until it is cooked.
