Corte seus bifes, tempere só com sal, pimenta do reino e chimichurri.
Frite aos poucos com óleo ou Azeite. 

Cut your steaks, season only with salt, black pepper and chimichurri.

Coloque todos numa travessa e aí vem o pulo do gato... Pega a frigideira com aquele fundo queimadinho, coloca as cebolas cortadas em rodelas, meia xícara de água e faz aquele deglacê e joga por cima da carne.
