  • Black beans500 g
  • Paio sausage4 unit(s)
  • Bacon, diced200 g
  • Dry meat500 g
  • Chopped Onion1 cup
  • Minced Garlic Clove5 unit(s)
  • Bay leaf2 unit(s)
  • Water to taste
  • Sunflower oil1 tablespoon
  1. Soak the beans overnight.
  2. Cut the jerky into medium cubes and desalt
  3. In a pressure cooker, brown the bacon, add the washed beans, the bay leaf, the sausages and the jerky. Cook for about 15 minutes after opening pressure.
  4. While the beans are cooking, in a frying pan with oil, brown the garlic and add the onion to sauté until wilted.
  5. When the beans are cooked, remove the pressure from the pan, remove the sausages to slice.
  6. Add the garlic and onion seasoning from the skillet, mix and bring to a boil.
  7. Return the sliced sausages to the pan, mix and adjust salt if necessary.
