- Diced Rump500 g
- Garlic4 unit(s)
- Onion2 unit(s)
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Condiments (chimichurri, Bahian seasoning and smoked paprika) to taste
- Green smell and coriander to taste
- Water1 cup
- Frozen Potatoes to taste
- A drizzle of olive oil to taste
- In a pan put the meat, onion, garlic and seasonings. Let it fry well until it releases all the water from the meat.
- While preparing the meat, place the potatoes in the airfryer at 200°C with salt, a drizzle of olive oil and smoked paprika until they are golden brown.
- Add 1 cup of water and let it be well. Then add 2 boxes of cream, the green smell and cilantro (optional).
- Serve with rice and fries. Or if you prefer, straw potato.
