  • Chopped jerky350 g
  • Small okra20 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Garlic1 tablespoon
  • Coriander1 to taste
  • Spices1 to taste
  1. Take the jerky to desalt boiling with water.
  2. Change the water and cook in a pressure cooker for 5 minutes.
  3. Chop the okra and soak it with a few drops of vinegar.
  4. Take to the fire to refog the olive oil, onion and garlic.
  5. Add the beef jerky, seasonings of your choice, tomatoes, cilantro and drained okra.
  6. Add a little water and let it cook until the okra is soft.
