- Rosemary to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Olive Oil2 dessert spoon
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- To prepare Prime Rib, heat a grill or grill pan over high heat, season the meat with black pepper and a little olive oil. Grill the piece of meat for about 8 minutes on each side. Reduce the heat, add two tablespoons of butter, thyme, rosemary and two cloves of crushed garlic with the skin and drizzle this flavored butter for two minutes on each side of the Prim Rib. Remember to also grill all sides of the meat! Remove the piece and let it rest for about 3 minutes before serving, and finish with Parrilha salt!
