- Salt to taste
- Garlic2 unit(s)

- Rosemary to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Season the picanha with salt and pepper. Accommodate on a platter.
- Add the crushed garlic cloves, the onion in petals, parsley, rosemary sprigs and the wine. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.
- Heat the oil well in the pressure cooker, put only the picanha and seal all sides.
- Add the contents of the marinade plus 1/2 cup of water and cover the pan. Leave it under pressure for about 35 minutes.
