  • White wine1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Rosemary to taste
  • Green smell to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Season the picanha with salt and pepper. Accommodate on a platter.
  2. Add the crushed garlic cloves, the onion in petals, parsley, rosemary sprigs and the wine. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.
  3. Heat the oil well in the pressure cooker, put only the picanha and seal all sides.
  4. Add the contents of the marinade plus 1/2 cup of water and cover the pan. Leave it under pressure for about 35 minutes.
