Tablespoon Umame Flavor Powder Optional1/2 tablespoon
Chopped Parsley1 tablespoon
Hot water500 ml
Can of tomato paste1/2 can(s)
Chopped green pepper1 unit(s)
Chopped seedless tomato1 unit(s)
Chopped Carrots1 unit(s)
Water500 ml
Oregano to taste

In a pressure cooker put the oil, add the onion and garlic and sauté well.
Add the meat and fry for 5 minutes, stirring well, then add the umami flavor powder (optional), tomato, pepper, tomato paste and carrot. Finally, add the water and oregano.
Let it cook for 30 minutes counting the beginning of the boil, once the meat is cooked remove from the fire mix with the parsley and serve with white rice.
