Primeiro adicione o óleo na panela de pressao depois a cebola fazendo uma cama para colocar a carne em cima depois os temperos os tomates picados em cubos, sal e o colorau lembre-se não pode mexer tem que fixar nessa sequência depois de 30 a 40 minutos depois disso só abrir e mexer se quiser pode deixar fitar um poico mais a carne chegar a desmanchar de tão macia depois acrescente a salsinha 

First add the oil in the pressure cooker then the onion making a bed to put the meat on top then the seasonings the diced tomatoes, salt and paprika remember you cannot stir you have to fix it in this sequence after 30 to 40 minutes after that just open and stir if you want you can stare a little more the meat comes to break up so soft then add the parsley
