  • Beef Rib1 kg
  • Onion2 unit(s)
  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Oil2 tablespoon
  • Green peppers in strips2 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped tomato2 unit(s)
  • Water300 ml
  1. Season the rib with a little salt and set aside.
  2. Peel the onions and cut into slices.
  3. Take half of the onions, garlic and tomato and make a layer at the bottom of the pressure cooker and sauté.
  4. Add the ribs, peppers and water.
  5. Cover the pan and cook over medium heat for 45 minutes or until the liquid inside dries up.
