Start by cooking the potato until it is soft and sticks easily.


No liquidificador adicione todos os ingredientes exceto o leite 

In the blender add all the ingredients except the milk.

Loque o liquidificador e vá adicione o leite em fios até que atinja o ponto desejado 

Turn off the blender and add the milk in strands until it reaches the desired point.

Tempere com sal e pimenta do reino e sirva sobre o seu bife frango ou o que preferir 

Season with salt and black pepper and serve over your chicken steak or whatever you prefer.
