  • Onion2 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Cornstarch 1 and a half tablespoons1/2 tablespoon
  1. Fry the meat well until the water dries up.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper
  3. Add the finely chopped garlic and onion
  4. Fry well and add water until covered.
  5. Leave in the pressure cooker until soft.
  6. Dissolve the cornstarch in a little water and add it to the meat, it becomes a creamy and very tasty sauce, it looks like wood sauce
  7. Finish with green smell
