Round lizard

A carne tem que estar inteira. Tempere a carne de preferência um dia antes para pegar tempero.

The meat must be whole. Season the meat preferably a day ahead to get seasoning.

Com auxílio de uma faca, faça o corte no meio da carne e coloque a linguiça e o bacon.

With the help of a knife, make a cut in the middle of the meat and place the sausage and bacon.

Leve na panela por 30 minutos com agua cobrindo metade da carne para cozinhar. 

Place in the pan for 30 minutes with water covering half of the meat to cook.

Acrescente as batatas e leve na pressao por mais 10 minutos 

Add the potatoes and cook for another 10 minutes.

Tire a água do cozimento, e na panela mesmo  sem a tampa deixe a carne dá uma dourada.

Remove the cooking water, and in the pan, even without the lid, let the meat brown.
