  • Corned beef (boneless and fat free)1 kg
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Crushed Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Soy Sauce2 tablespoon
  • Black Pepper Powder1 teaspoon
  • Carrot2 unit(s)
  • Potato6 unit(s)
  • Chives to taste
  1. In a pressure cooker, add oil and fry the meat.
  2. Add the garlic and let the meat brown
  3. Add soy sauce
  4. Add allspice powder
  5. Add water to cover the meat
  6. Put the carrot cut into small pieces
  7. Cover the pan and after getting pressure, leave it for 15 minutes.
  8. After the pressure is released, add the potatoes cut in half.
  9. Cover the pan again and after getting pressure, let it cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
  10. Serve with a sprinkling of chives on top :)
