Garlic and chopped onion1 to taste
Olive oil1 tablespoon
Salt1 teaspoon
Black pepper and meat seasoning1 to taste
Hot water500 ml
Chopped Parsley2 tablespoon

I started by mincing the meat I used hard drumhead. Cut into cubes and set aside. I also peeled the potato and carrots. Cut, washed and set aside.
Now pressure put the chopped garlic and onion. Add the oil and let it fry until the onion is golden brown.
Then I added the minced meat and seasonings. Black pepper and salt. Then I added the chopped potatoes and carrots.
I mixed it well and let the meat sauté well. Then I put the water and took the pressure with 40 minutes.
As time passes, release the pressure. Now open the pan and add the chopped parsley, mix and then just serve
