  1. In a pressure cooker, put the oil, onion, garlic and sauté well.
  2. Add the meat and fry for 5 minutes, stirring well.
  3. Then put the sazon, pepper, tomato.
  4. Let the tomato and pepper cook and add the tomato extract.
  5. Peel the potato and carrot, cut the carrot into slices and the potato into cubes and place in the pan with the meat.
  6. Add oregano to taste Let it cook for 30 minutes
  7. Counting the beginning of the boil, once the meat is cooked take it off the heat
  8. Mix the parsley and serve.
