Coloque a carne em uma panela de pressão

Fico a cebola e tomate a grosso modo ( tbm pode colocar pementao, pimentinha se voce gostar, eu não gosto) e jogo todos os outro temperos na panela

I keep the onion and tomato roughly (you can also add pementão, chili pepper if you like it, I don't like it) and throw all the other seasonings in the pan

Depois coloco agua ate cobrir tudo e deixo na pressão por volta de 30 min ate cozinhar bem a carne. 

Then I add water to cover everything and leave it under pressure for about 30 minutes until the meat is well cooked.

Depois jogo a batata já cozida e esta pronta 

Then I throw in the already cooked potato and it's ready
