  • Sliced Peppers1 unit(s)
  • Onion slices1 unit(s)
  • Sliced red onion1 unit(s)
  • Crushed Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
  • kinnor beef broth1 unit(s)
  • Oil2 tablespoon
  • Water5 cup
  • Green Smell to taste
  1. Fry the garlic in the oil until golden, then add a little of the onion.
  2. Place the meat, peppers on top and the rest of the onion, the kinnor broth and reserve only the red onion
  3. Add the water and let it boil until the meat is tender.
  4. After the meat is tender, add the red onion on top and the green smell to taste.
