  • Cumin1 teaspoon
  • Oil3 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Potato4 unit(s)
  1. In a pressure cooker add all the ingredients then bring to the fire and sauté this mixture until golden brown on all sides of the meat.
  2. Then add a little water to cover the meat, close the pressure cooker and let it cook for 15 minutes.
  3. After this time, turn off the heat and wait for the pressure to come out then open the pan to put the peeled potatoes and let it cook for about 10 or 15 minutes without pressure.
