  • Chimichurri and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • Oil2 tablespoon
  1. Heat the oil in the pressure cooker and put the meat already seasoned to sauté, with it already golden sprinkle the wheat flour and stir well, add water until it covers, close the pan and let it cook for 20 minutes after it takes the pressure, remove pressure after time and let the sauce settle.
  2. Serve with white rice and salad
