Beef chuck

Corte a carne em cubos, tempere com sal, alho picado, coloral e temperos a gosto.

Cut the meat into cubes, season with salt, minced garlic, coloral and seasonings to taste.

Leve ao fogo uma panela de pressão com o óleo, refogue a cebola e junte a carne e o molho de tomate. Cozinhe por 15 min em fogo baixo.

Heat the oil in a pressure cooker, sauté the onion and add the meat and tomato sauce. Cook for 15 min on low heat.

Descasque as batatas e as cenouras e corte em cubos. Junte a carne e cozinhe por mais 10 minutos

Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut into cubes. Add the meat and cook for another 10 minutes.
